Pleasant Street Homes has been designing quality built homes for multi-family and infill/urban development for over 30 years. We also have two incredibly progressive divisions that specialize in single-family homes. We have a unique understanding of the factory-built housing industry, and it shows in each and every one of our completed projects.Infill/Urban Development
Each of our divisions understands the importance of a redevelopment project. We consider you a partner throughout the process. Our goal is to build infill and urban development homes quickly and efficiently, while keeping homes affordable and of high quality.We have a great deal of expertise in designing and building homes for infill and urban development. We utilize innovative technologies throughout the process, including state-of-the-art equipment, use of durable products and we exercise efficient processes from conception to completion.
Multi-Family Housing
Multi-family projects include upscale condominiums, market rate apartments, townhouses, hotel/motel, inner city, assisted living centers and dormitories.
All multi-family projects are unique. As a result, there are no pre-approved modular state plans. Multi-family designs are always customized to specific building codes based on the scope of the project.
Single Family Homes
Both Sun Building Systems and Indiana Building Systems have an abundance of experience designing, customizing and constructing single-family factory-built homes.
