In 2003, those attributes positioned Pleasant Street Homes, LLC as Automated Builder Magazine’s 12th largest automated builder among 100 industrialized building producers in the United States.Pleasant Street Homes, LLC is a leader in the industry because of the experience and knowledge we have of the industry. Currently, we have two incredibly progressive divisions.
Sun Building Systems has an abundance of experience designing, customizing and constructing factory-built homes for many New England and mid-Atlantic states: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. 
Sunscape Homes offers a unique combination of our modular and manufactured homes through certain independent sales center operations in the Northeastern and Midwestern states. 
Pleasant Street International, Inc. exports homes to Canada which are built to the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) building codes.
